The story of the place
La Petite Miellerie occupies a former farm building, fully renovated into a warm and welcoming cottage in the heart of the Ain department.
Getting here
The cottage is close to the A40/A42 motorway between Lyon and Geneva, and about 20 minutes from Bourg-en-Bresse and the magnificent Monastère de Brou, voted France's favourite monument in 2014.
Rignat lies in the Revermont, at the crossroads of the Bresse and Bugey areas, about ten kilometres from La Dombes and its Parc des Oiseaux bird park (Villars-les-Dombes).
The cottage
A cottage designed for two.
A wood-fired Nordic hot tub can be used all year round.
A smart TV lets you enjoy your favourite films and series on your usual streaming services.
A lockable storage room lets you keep your bikes, and charge them if they are electric.
We speak French and English.
Pets are not allowed in the cottage.
